Default Necromancer?

I've currently been playing with a Necromancer alot in PvP and unlocking skills and things of that nature for builds. I'm interested to get into Hero's Accent, but I would like to know some builds that work well in this area, as well as the Necromancer overall 'strategy' in Hero's Accent, such as their purpose and targets. I understand that there are builds on GuildWars Wiki, but I want some builds that are not so 'meta' as well as how to run them. So if you would please post up some builds and we can discuss them.

Okay, thanks for commenting. I will start with running some of the meta builds found on the web. But I would still appreciate if builds could be posted, altered, or discussed here. Some new variants would be great.

Don't use PvX for anything other than a good laugh or farming builds in PvE. The people that PvP even remotely well never go there and never post there. This leaves some of the most ill suited people determining what builds are good and what builds are bad. PvX takes sometimes more than three months to put in a new meta build, manytimes things will have come and gone from the meta before it even gets up on PvX.

Go watch obs mode. This is how new builds get shared. You even get a video of how someone is playing, which can be worth far more than the simple description on wiki.

On topic: most likely you will be asked to play the LC snarer bar.
Ne/e with lingering curse, suffering, 2 other skills between rend, rip or fainted, glyph of lesser, graspin earth, ward vs foes, and res signet. This is more or less what 9 teams out of 10 ask when they need a necro. Make sure you have a 40/40 set also for earth magic.
Your job is quite easy: try to spread lingering curse and cover it as much as you can. When your warriors call a spike target should have LC (you might be asked to rend him too). Rend/rip heal monk after he casts channeling. If you have spare energy graspin on enemy's frontline and put down ward on recharge. Whenever you have to run relics, you're supposed to snare opponents' runner. Make sure you coordinate with your caller as to when/if snare. Sometimes he might just want to wipe other team. Do you need to know how to snare too?

You should be bringing rend and rip, but this post is accurate.
